A 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects applies to Ullkomforten's wool beddings.

The warranty applies to material and manufacturing defects. Wool products wear and change appearance through use and care. This is a natural process and not a fault with the product.

Use without sheets increases wear. Wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.

Copy of payment, purchase document applies as a condition for all warranty cases.

Ullkomforten is responsible for agreed costs when dealing with warranty matters.

Care.
After transport in plastic packaging, you should shake the natural hair product vigorously in fresh air, so that the hair can stand up again.

It doesn't hurt if you vacuum the products with the smooth nozzle of the vacuum cleaner and thus remove any loose hair.

Regular airing - preferably in foggy weather - or soft brushing in clean snow in winter, is good for your natural product.

The characteristic of natural hair products is that they rarely get dirty and are therefore easy to care for.

After a long period of use, however, there may be reasons to clean them. Do not remove the sewn-on washing advice label, so that a professional receives information on how to treat the products.

You can wash the products marked with the symbol -hand wash- yourself in cold water (max. 30 degrees), with a detergent that is specially intended for delicate washing of woolen products. Avoid prolonged soaking and rubbing and twisting.

Remember that wool is a living material, it is therefore important that you use the same temperature for the wash water as for the rinse water. If you are unsure, it is always better to use cold water all the time.

The use of a washing machine with a gentle cycle is only permitted for products made of the special superwash wool and marked with -machine wash-.

To avoid the product shrinking, after washing, the product should be pushed back to its original shape and shaken vigorously.
