Which quality should I choose? It is  the most common question our customers ask us. The answer is that all qualities work in the same way regarding the wool's fine properties (Read more). What differentiates the qualities is the feel of the fibers. For the vast majority, Merino BQ is perfectly OK. If you want a slightly softer feel in the wool, Merino Extra Fine and Camel are a good choice. Camel exclusive is our most luxurious and softest quality and is chosen when only the best is good enough.

Here you can read about our qualities.

Merino BQ / Merino BQ Patchwork
    (100% merino wool)

Merino wool is the most common
type of wool in wool beds and gives users comfortable and healthy sleep.
BQ - Best Quality. The fiber is "curled" with good wear resistance and longevity. All parts are supplied with edging in blue, white or brown. Blanket and pillow in Merino BQ Parchwork with one side in quilt fabric.

Merino wool is known as the world's best sheep's wool. This is the result of long experience in sheep farming. Through successful breeding, they have succeeded in producing a thin and soft fiber that is also very durable. The wool has a unique ability to breathe, which means that it warms without being too hot. It absorbs and ventilates away moisture without feeling damp itself. Thanks to the lanolin (wool grease), it repels mites, bacteria, dirt and odor particles, making it hygienic and easy to care for. Many people use Merino wool for its pain-relieving ability for various types of pain. (rheumatic, fibromyalgia, etc.)

In the early 19th century, the first Merino sheep came to Australia from Europe. The large open landscapes made the country very suitable for wool production. The climate has the additional contribution to the wool's breathable and temperature-regulating properties, which make the wool suitable for use close to the skin. Australia is today the world's largest exporter of wool.

    Merino Extra Fine
      (100% Merino wool)

Same wool as Merino BQ above. But Extra Fine is a quality where only the softest and finest fibers from the animals are used. Blanket and pillow are delivered with the pattern "Palm" on one side but can also be obtained completely white.

    CASHMERE
(10% cashmere wool, 90% merino wool)

The wool from caschmergoat is very expensive and fine. World production is relatively small and comes mainly from China and Mongolia. Only the finest underhairs are used, making the wool a rare textile. It is known for its silky, luxurious softness and luster. The wool is combed and sorted into different qualities depending on areas of use such as shawls, sweaters, suits and coats. In this quality, the cashmere roll is mixed with Merino wool to make the material stronger, but also at a price level with other competing wool materials. Therefore, the quality has the properties of Merino wool, but with the luxurious and soft feel of Cashmere wool. The cashmere quality is recommended for those who want to surround themselves with a natural luxurious material at a good price.

    Camel
    (10% Camel wool / 90% Merino wool)

Blanket and pillow are delivered with one side of Camel and one side of
    white Merino extra fine.
Camel is the quality that is most in demand today. Partly due to its exclusive appearance, but above all due to the properties where the ability to ventilate is the basis for temperature regulation and a dry, healthy sleeping climate.

    Camel Exclusive
    (50% Camel wool / 50% Merino wool)

    Exclusive, soft, durable & dirt-resistant!
This bed is delivered with a side of the highest quality Camel with a full 50% Camel wool. the other side is of a luxuriously silky cashmere quality. Camel exclusive is for you who only settle for the best.

The camel has developed an exceptional wool quality to cope with the world's toughest climate. i.e. that in the deserts. There, the temperature difference can be more than 50 degrees between day and night. The camel wool insulates against both the cold of the night and the heat of the day, while providing good ventilation. These are features you benefit from because it keeps you warm when it's cold and prevents you from overheating when it's hot. The camel wool is incredibly durable while being soft and comfortable.

The wool has a unique ability to breathe, which means that it warms without being too hot. It absorbs and ventilates away moisture without feeling damp itself. Thanks to the mixture with Merino wool, Camel quality contains lanolin (wool fat), which repels mites, bacteria, dirt and odor particles and is therefore hygienic and easy to care for. Many people use Merino and Camel wool for its pain-relieving ability for various types of pain. (rheumatic, fibromyalgia, etc.)
The luxurious appearance confirms the luxurious feeling of sleeping in Camelull.
